I got a call from Mark Feinberg, Supervising Producer for Twin Peaks asking me if I could turn someone into wood using CGI.

Wood?

"Yes, we want to turn Josie Packard into a drawer pull."

Mark explained that he and David Lynch were discussing Joan Chen/Josie when--

David: I miss Josie. Maybe we should bring her back.

Mark: Uh, we kind of killed her, Dave...

David: Oh... Well, maybe she's not dead. I mean, can't we turn her into a piece of furniture or something?
